What's a high protein breakfast?

Homemade High Protein Peanut Butter Drink
Put two frozen bananas with 200g of fresh cheese, one tablespoon of peanut butter, 100ml of milk, and two teaspoons of cocoa in a blender. And tadaaa, you get a delicious drink.



Oat porridge
Oatmeal and a little milk is a super healthy and high-protein breakfast. Delicious with nuts, berries, or cinnamon.


Quinoa breakfast
Cook the quinoa and add an apple, a dash of milk, and a pinch of cinnamon. You can also add walnuts.


High protein pancakes
Nothing could be easier: mix 150g oat flakes, 100g fromage frais, 3 eggs, 100ml milk, and a pinch of cinnamon. Prepare dinner the pancakes and that is it.


Bread with meat and fresh cheese
Bread combined with a high-protein food is a good breakfast option. Preferably choose spelled or wholemeal bread and spread it with, for example, toast and fromage frais. With cucumber and tomato, it's even better.


High protein bars
Quick and convenient to eat for breakfast, you can make them in advance and keep them in the fridge. Make a paste by mixing 100g of oat flakes, 200g of protein powder, a tablespoon of cocoa powder, crushed nuts, 100ml of milk, 2 teaspoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of peanut butter. Then spread the dough on a baking sheet and put it in the fridge. Once the dough is hard, cut out sticks.

Cereals to take away
Is the morning complicated? Put milk and whole grain in a blender. Pour the mixture into a take-out mug and drink it on the way. Fast, healthy, and high in protein.


Farmhouse omelet
Obviously, eggs are the basis of a high-protein breakfast. So by making an omelet with the leftover vegetables from the day before and a little chicken or ham, you get a high-protein breakfast.

Choose a protein-rich dairy product such as coconut milk, then add pieces of your favorite frozen and fresh fruit such as berries, and sprinkle a tablespoon of protein and fiber-rich seeds on top.

You can eat eggs for breakfast, whether boiled, fried with a little butter, or with an omelet filled with spinach and tomatoes.
